ACVS respects your privacy in the context of the purchase and delivery of tickets for shows, the management of your customer file and the provision of any other ancillary service. We are therefore committed to protecting the personal information of our users. We have adopted this privacy policy (the “Policy”) in order to be transparent about what data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how you can access it, and how you can correct it, if necessary. Buy tickets

When you buy tickets via our Site, by telephone or at the box office, you use the services of Tuxedo (iCible Group's online ticketing service, www.tuxedosolution.com). When you finalize your purchase, some of your personal information is collected in a customer file.

In particular, we collect: your name, first name, gender, gender, email address, postal address, telephone number and language of correspondence. Your customer file also allows you to indicate if you are a person with reduced mobility, visually impaired or hard of hearing and if you want to subscribe to our Newsletter. Financial information is not stored in your customer file.

Legal grounds: This information is necessary for the execution of the sales contract between us and you. Subscribe to the newsletter

When you subscribe to our Newsletter via the home page of our Site or when making a transaction on our Site, we collect your email, your name and your first name.

Who do we share your data with and why?

Under no circumstances do we sell or will sell the personal information of our users. Your data is only shared under this Policy. However, when you agree to this Policy, we may share your personal information with the following parties:

Producers, artists who rent theaters to us (clause provided in the rental contract). ACVS offers an exclusive ticketing service on behalf of various producers or rental artists, who organize shows at the Granada Theater. When you purchase tickets or other services, by telephone, at the box office or via our Website, some of your personal information is collected in a customer file, to facilitate the management of your reservations, ticket purchases and other related services. Data that may be shared with a room lessor who requests it, as mentioned in the rental contract, is for marketing, communication and statistical purposes and is limited in all cases to: your name, first name, postal address, mailing address, email address, email address, telephone number, telephone number, number of tickets purchased, total amount, date and time of your purchase. For example, we may share some of your data with our IT providers, for the exercise of their mandate or the execution of a service contract. We may also share certain information with professionals who are bound by professional secrecy, such as lawyers or accountants. In general, the providers we use will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to be able to perform the services they provide to us, such as the hosting of our Website by GoDaddy or the ticketing services and statistics related to ticketing by TUXEDO.

Third-party service providers have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide to them when using their services. With respect to these providers, we recommend that you carefully read their privacy policies so that you can understand how they will handle your collected personal information. Note that some of these providers are located outside Quebec and that your data may therefore be transferred abroad. Your personal information is hosted locally on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers, located in the United States for the ticketing service provider TUXEDO and on the North American servers of Rapidenet and GoDaddy for the hosting of our Site.

Duration of the conservation of your data

We will keep all information collected for as long as it is needed to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it or for other essential purposes such as complying with legal obligations. We will destroy this data at the end of this period, or if you decide to withdraw your consent. If you request it, once your data has been deleted, you will receive a confirmation that your request has been processed.

Safety

To protect your personal data, we take reasonable precautions to ensure that it is not lost, misappropriated, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed inappropriately.
